NHS England has published its annual update on Enhancing Doctors’ Working Lives.

This year’s report focuses on improving flexibility in training, using technology to support better and easier rostering, annual leave and swap requests, supporting doctors back into training and expanding Flexible Portfolio Training to all specialties across England.
