NHS England has published its annual update on Enhancing Doctors’ Working Lives.
This year’s report focuses on improving flexibility in training, using technology to support better and easier rostering, annual leave and swap requests, supporting doctors back into training and expanding Flexible Portfolio Training to all specialties across England.

Application deadline has been reached to submit a bid for a small grant to support our theme: ‘Creating the space to thrive: Empowering Educational Supervisors to Deliver Exceptional Training’. We will be in touch in June 2025 with the outcome of the judging.
