Are you interested in participating in a study investigating the efficacy of a needs assessment tool for returning doctors to promote a successful return.  The study is looking for any doctors to take part who are intending to return to clinical practice by July 2023 and would like early access to an evidence-based self-assessment tool to support their return. If you would be interested in taking part please follow this link –
https://bbk.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3WdsEn3llStedaS – to read the participant information sheet and provide informed consent, before moving onto the survey.

Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous.

The research is part of Chris Attoe’s doctoral work at Birkbeck, University of London. If you would like to discuss your participation with Chris in more detail or require support to take part please email –  Cattoe01@mail.bbk.ac.uk

Through this research the hope is to improve understanding and thus the support provided for doctors return to work after an absence. Also hoping that participants find taking part personally helpful!
