Medical Education Leaders UK, have always run a very successful “induction” course for new members to support them as they enter the confusing & complex world of postgraduate medical education.
The CorBLIME course aims to provide the required knowledge of the world of medical education and the necessary personal leadership skills needed to champion medical education within your programme/organisation.
The course is interactive and fun and has received excellent evaluation. This is a must for all those new in post. It is recommended that any leaders in Medical Education (DME’s, assoc/deputy DME’s, MEM’s, SAS and LED Leads) who are new in post attend this course, but please be aware this is for Medical Education Leaders UK Members ONLY.
