Our Theme for 2025 is

“Inspire, Educate, Empower – Shaping Tomorrow’s Healthcare Leaders”

We are hosting a resident led session from 12:15-13:45 open to all but we especially encourage resident doctors interested in medical eduction to attend before the conference begins.

The conference sessions will begin at 14:00.

From 6:30pm you are invited to join us for our Medical Educator Awards Dinner to celebrate and thank our incredible Medical Educators and recognise their outstanding contributions.  If you wish to book for the Awards Dinner only you can do so here

Friday 16th May will start at 9:00am with our AGM (members only) and from 9:30am our Annual Conference with continue with a full programme discussing key areas around our conference theme and providing  excellent opportunities to network with colleagues.

Our conference date coincides with York Races, so hotels are expected to fill up quickly. Accommodation is not included in your registration so we recommend booking your hotel early to avoid disappointment!
