The conference will begin at 2pm on Thursday 15th May 2025.

From 6:30pm you are invited to join us for our Medical Educator Awards Dinner to celebrate and thank our incredible Medical Educators and recognise their outstanding contributions.  If you wish to book for the Awards Dinner only you can do so here

Friday 16th May will start at 9:00am with our AGM (members only) and from 9:30am our Annual Conference with continue with a full programme discussing key areas around our conference theme and providing  excellent opportunities to network with colleagues.

Our conference date coincides with York Races, so hotels are expected to fill up quickly. Accommodation is not included in your registration so we recommend booking your hotel early to avoid disappointment!

The Delta by Marriott is offering a special group rate on B&B accommodation for the dates below – please note we only have a 20 room allocation on each night.
