The time has come to think differently and take the initiative to change. \nJoin us to find out more about:\n• Crucial learning from HEE’s Future Doctor report and how this inspired the development of the Enhance Generalist Skills Programme \n• How we are testing innovations in healthcare education with Trailblazer sites across the country\, and what we are learning about the benefits to learners\, patients\, and systems \n• How you can implement enhance to make a difference in your clinical and geographical area\, as we navigate evolving Integrated Care Systems\, health inequalities and the challenges of an ageing population \nSpeakers\nMiss Helen Cattermole is the Head of the Humber Generalist School. Based in East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire\, the School is delivering an exciting\, multi-professional programme to an initial cohort of 30 learners\, with a second cohort of a similar size due to commence in September 2022. An orthopaedic surgeon who has clinical interests in trauma and orthopaedic oncology\, she is a highly experienced educator across a wide variety of settings and professions. \nDr Tahreema Matin is National Clinical Advisor & Associate Director for Education Reform at Health Education England\, leading the team through the educational design and delivery process from Future Doctor to the Enhance Generalist Skills Programme. Her diverse portfolio includes NHS Consultant Radiologist\, respected academic\, influential healthcare policy advisor and digital healthcare expert. \nDr Alison Sheppard is a National Enhance Clinical Fellow at Health Education England\, working with the central team on implementation of the enhance programme. With a background in emergency medicine and medical education\, she also has an academic role at the University of Leeds and her special interests include population health\, quality improvement and professional development. \n			\n				Register for this event
